RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. announced it has secured a purchase order from Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited for Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS), with an estimated size of Rs 33,78,54,917 (including tax). The contract, awarded on July 30, 2026, has a two-year term extendable up to one year, and is scheduled for execution by September 30, 2029. The company disclosed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.
